Everyone experiences loss. Either you are currently experiencing loss, you have recently experienced loss, or you will experience loss soon. That loss could manifest itself in many forms. You will experience the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job, or loss of your health, a home, a relationship... the list goes on and on.
The questions are, "What do you do when you experience hurt, pain and grief that comes with a major loss? How do you handle the pain that is certain to disrupt your life? How do you pick up the pieces and begin again?"
